We are a Metal Service Center stocking a complete line of Marine Grade Metal Alloys as well as other standard metal products primarily for the Marine and Industrial Markets. We specialize in large Aluminum Sheet, Plate, Diamond and 5-Bar Tread Plate in alloys 5083, 5086, and 5456. We also stock a complete line of Extrusions, Angles, Channels, Tees, Rectangular Bars, Round Rods and Square Bars, Rectangular Tubes, Square and Round Tubes and Pipe in both S40 & S80. We also stock Aluminum Industrial alloys like 5052 and 6061, plus a wide verity of Stainless Steel, Bronze and Copper. Our processing capabilities include: A large 96” x 360” MultiCAM CNC Contour Router, which allows us to produce precise (±.005) shapes for complex shipbuilding or other industrial parts. The CNC Contour shaping equipment can also effectively mill Plate or Sheet to exacting thickness tolerances. If a requirement for .090 x 96 x 240” is needed, but only a .125 x 96 x 240” plate is available, Metal Sales can proficiently mill down the product in a cost effective matter. The Flow Water-Jet, with a 72” x 144” table capacity, produces quality cutting of complex parts in heaver thicknesses for both Non Ferrous (Aluminum – Copper - Brass) and Ferrous (Steel - Stainless Steel) up to 8 inches thick. Basic cutting is done with either our large Carbide Tip Saws with a capacity up to 300 inches wide, or using our 12 Foot Shearing capabilities.
