WaterJet Cutting
How does it work? Regular tap water is increased up to 60,000 psi, an abrasive crystal (garnet) is added and product is cut from computer-generated shape files - all at tolerances of +/- .003 inches. What can be cut? Aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, stainless and carbon steels, titanium, armor plate, fiberglass, wood, rubber, composites, Plexiglas. Our material, or yours, either way we will economically process your end or semi-finished parts. Size and Cost: From a sketch, blueprint, sample or CAD file, we can quickly determine your cost.
