SIGNAGE LETTERS & LOGOS
Cut Letters and Logos from 4 inches up to 8 ft High in thicknesses of .063, .125, .188, .250, .375, .500, .750, & 1.000 or larger thick Aluminum, Acrylic, or other Non Ferrous Metal including Copper or Brass. Aluminum letters are made from Marine Grade, corrosion resistant alloys. We can polish to a clear buffed finish. Our letters and logos are intended for internal or external use. Letters & logos may be anodized or painted with a enamel finish by an outside source.
Letters with a thickness of .250 or thicker can be mounted using Stud Mounting system. Thinner letters must be affixed using appropriate epoxy glue.
Self installation is easy when you use our mounting templates. We provide a detailed instruction sheet for installation.
We are The Low Cost Producer of quality lettering and logos, we have use of in-house material resources as a Full Service Metal Service Center and we have use of our own large 8 ft x 40 ft CNC Milling Router as depicted below. We also have 2 additional CNC Milling Routers.
We use state of the art software “Master-CAM” which allows us to nest a set of letters onto the smallest possible sheet of material resulting in lower material cost.
We have capabilities to replicate (reverse engineer) an existing sign, logo, or letter and generate a CNC Tool path to reproduce it.
Relief cutting of a logo or letters onto a solid plate is another possibility and economically done with our CNC Milling Router capabilities. You may select from any number of Font selections that are available for your use.
